EASY Roasted sweet potatoes, small plate recipe

Ingredients
1. 1-2 Organic sweet potatoes
2. Organic PAM spray
3. Olive Oil (Brand Recommendation: California Olive Ranch)
4. Salt
5. Black pepper
6. Garlic powder

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Soak sweet potatoes in water for about 5 minutes to clean potato.
3. Chop sweet potatoes into desired shape.
4. Spray baking pan with Organic PAM spray.
5. Dump chopped sweet potatoes in pan.
6. Add and mix in 2 TBSP olive oil.
7. Add and mix in salt.
8. Add and mix in black pepper.
9. Add and mix in garlic powder.
10. Put pan in oven and bake until potatoes are at desired crisp.



This small plate it great! Give it a try even if your child does not like vegetables. Tastes like McDonalds hash browns.
