If you tell a lie enough times people will eventually believe it
Until they get programmed against the truth.
So when they hear the truth they will automatically reject it
Because the lie has already taken up residence.
If a lie has taken up residence there is no room for truth. 
In order for anything to be filled it must be empty.

If you are a pastor and you are not teaching people

That you are not to eat pork

That you are not to eat crab, shrimp

Then you are not teaching the truth

Yahusha never said that a good person

Does not have to follow the law of God

Leviticus teaches us how to be clean

Why do people think that

God does not want us to be clean

And to only accept the things which are from him

Other things are poisoned

And they are not good

Be cautious with anyone who is teaching this wrong

Family eating habits...

I heard an argument that disease is not inherited, it is the eating habits of your family that are inherited. I believe there is some truth in this

Teaching a child is like "spotting" at the gym

Spotting in weight or resistance training, is the act of supporting another person during a particular exercise, with an emphasis on allowing the participant to lift or push more than they could normally do safely.

I read an article that stuck with me a couple years ago. The author wrote that he admires people with "built" body types. His message was not about the appearance, but more about what it took to get there. If you have the focus, discipline, consistency to build your body there is no limit to what you can do beyond the gym.


Before my injury in 2016 bodybuilding was a big part of my life. Today, I find many similarities with bodybuilding and parenting. 

Learning about hair, for example, is very similar to learning about health supplements. I can read the ingredients in a bottle of conditioner and have a basic understand of each ingredient.

I compare teaching a toddler to spotting your partner at the gym. I am her guard rail. Her safety net. 

When I taught my 1 year old to drink out of an open cup, I didn't hold the cup for her to drink. I put her hands on the handle, and guided her hands so she can support herself. Encourage and show her that she is capable. 

Position yourself behind your child and be her guard rails. Hold the fork in her hand so she can feed herself and you will be amazed by how fast she is doing it on her own.
